Best Deland House Washing Service

DeLand is the Volusia County seat and the town our shop sits in. The St. Johns River runs along the west side of the city, the Stetson University campus and the historic Woodland Boulevard district sit at its center, and Orange City, Lake Helen and DeBary are its nearest neighbors to the south. Our address, 1035 New St E, is inside the DeLand city limits, which is why DeLand jobs are usually a few minutes away rather than a scheduled run across Volusia County.

Being this far inland decides what we find on a DeLand house. Live oaks shed heavily in spring and drop tannin-rich leaves and acorns the rest of the year, and tannin is what turns pavers, walkways and pool decks under a canopy that dark reddish brown a garden hose will not lift. Walls that face north or sit in shade stay damp long enough for mildew to take hold. And irrigation wells across West Volusia often carry enough iron to paint orange rust arcs across a driveway every time the sprinklers run. Those are three different stains needing three different treatments, which is why we would rather look at the property than price it by the square foot over the phone.
